Comcast Leads Opposition to Employee Free Choice Act

If the Employee Free Choice Act becomes law, its effect on Comcast Corp. will depend on which assessment of the company’s relationship with its workers is accurate.

The Communications Workers of America and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, which represent most of Comcast’s union employees, say the company’s anti-union attitude and actions are the reason only about 2 percent of its 95,000 workers are organized.
