Annual Meeting Poses Challenges for CEO Roberts

Annual meetings of shareholders are typically moments when corporate executives can pat themselves on the back for the previous year and look ahead to the future. On May 14, Comcast held its annual meeting of shareholders in Philadelphia. CEO Brian Roberts received mixed reviews. Three articles explore issues surrounding the annual meeting

The Philadelphia Inquirer on May 14 reported on behind-the-scenes discussions with Chieftain Capital Management officials. Chieftain owns 2% of Comcast and has been highly critical of Roberts. For the full article, click here.
