Comcast Refuses Cape Cod Negotiations; Service Interruptions Hurt Business

On Cape Cod (Massachusetts), Comcast is refusing to negotiate with duly elected officials about the renewal of its 10-year contract.  It appears the Company does not want to provide an enhanced public access station. Meanwhile, off the coast of Cape Cod, on the island of Nantucket, service interruptions hurt both the business community and residential customers.
