Comcast Pledges to Address Complaints from Massachusetts Customers

The city of Attleboro's cable TV provider appeared before the city council Tuesday and pledged to work to resolve customer service issues that have been brought to the attention of councilors by residents.

Comcast's senior manager of government relations, Gerry Buckley, told the council that customer service is the No. 1 priority for the company.
